As you may know, we’re part of the team working to reopen Cafeside as an official bike park to ensure its longevity. It’s a project that means a lot to our local riding community, and with so much work happening behind the scenes, we wanted to do our part to help raise the funds needed to keep things moving forward.
That’s how the Silk X Cafeside Fundraiser Party came to life.
A Party With a Purpose
For one night, we transformed the shop into a buzzing, ticketed party space—packed with riders, friends, families, trail builders, and anyone who’s ever spent a muddy afternoon lapping lines at Cafeside. We had the World Cup Downhill playing live on the big screen, and the mix of race-day hype and shop-floor chaos set the tone perfectly.
Outside, a food truck kept everyone well-fed, while we leaned fully into the fun with minibike races, silly games, and plenty of challenges that brought big laughs all night.
A Raffle Powered by the Community
The heart of the event was our huge raffle, made possible by a wave of generous donations from brands, friends, and local riders. The prize table was absolutely stacked—gear, components, vouchers, merch, and a couple of wildcard items that got a lot of excitement when the winning tickets were pulled.
The support was unreal, and every raffle ticket sold helped push Cafeside’s reopening another step closer.
