Booking Service
To make things as simple as possible, we’ve worked hard to create a user friendly booking platform. Sign up to create an account and things get even easier. You have 2 options either a van collection or workshop drop off, your bike will then go into the queue and will be aimed to be returned or ready to collect within 14 days. Van collections are limited to 2 a day.

Here are some of the services we provide:
Bronze Service
- Your bike is given a thorough check of all components to ensure it is safe to ride. Such as braking surfaces, gear teeth & chain wear, bearing play, frame & fork condition, spoke tension, tyre condition and finally a bolt check
- Any adjustments required to make your bike safe will then be completed and a no obligation list of recommend work to keep your bike operating smoothly will be provided and discussed with you.
Silver Service
- Bike is cleaned
- Full bike check as described in the bronze service
- Gears reset and indexed for smooth shifting
- Brake pads aligned and callipers adjusted correctly
- Trueing (straightening) of wheels and spoke tension check
- Drivetrain lubricated
- Tyres inflated to the correct pressure
- Replacement parts fitted (cost of replacement parts not included)
Gold Service
- Bike is deep cleaned including a drivetrain degrease
- Full bike check as described in the bronze service
- New cables are fitted if required
- Headset checked for wear and if necessary cleaned and fresh grease applied
- Gears reset and indexed for smooth shifting
- Hydraulic brakes bled to remove air/contaminated fluid, if required
- Brake pads aligned and callipers adjusted correctly
- Trueing (straightening) of wheels and spoke tension check
- Drivetrain lubricated
- Replacement parts fitted (cost of replacement parts not included)
Platinum Service
- A gold service with the addition of:
- Drivetrain components removed & degreased in the parts washer
- Brakes pads removed, callipers cleaned & pistons lubricated and then a full brake bleed. Rim brake callipers are fully stripped down, serviced and rebuilt
- Headset inspected for wear, cleaned then refitted with fresh grease (bearings replaced if required)
- Bottom Bracket removed for inspection, threads cleaned and then refitted with fresh grease (replaced if required)
- Wheel hubs serviced
- (Cost of replacement parts not included)
Ultimate Service
- Bike is stripped back to bare frame and thoroughly cleaned
- All frame bolts are removed, cleaned and refitted with fresh grease to the correct torque
- All frame bearings are assessed for wear, replaced if necessary and refitted with fresh grease
- New cables fitted (this service includes cost of cables)
- Plus everything from a platinum service
- (Cost of replacement parts not included apart from cables)

Fork & Shock Services - £ POA

Wheel Builds - £45 (+ Parts)
Frame Bearing Replacement - £70 (+ Parts)
Hub Service - £35 (+ Parts)
Custom Build (+ Parts) - £200 / £250
A full build of your dream bike, all to your own personal spec, with any advice towards compatibility thrown in. Cables and any sundries are included in this price.

What level of service should I choose?
After we have completed your free safety quote, we will recommend a level of service that will cover the required work to get your bike running smooth as silk.
What is a safety quote?
A safety quote is the initial inspection where your bike is given a thorough check of all the components to determin their wear and safety of use. This is completely free and we will then be able to give you a no-obligation recommendation of the level of service and parts required to get your bike working safely and feeling great.
What bikes do you work on?
We will service and repair anything pedal powered, including road bikes, moutain bikes, commuting bikes, bmx's , ebikes and much more.
Can you collect my bike?
Yes! For anyone living between Teignmouth and Exminster we offer free collection and drop off. For anyone living in Exeter and surrounding districts there is a charge of £5 and for anyone further afeild a £10 charge will ensue. We are able to collect bikes on Tuesdays and Thursday between 8-9am and 17:30-18:30pm.
